Norton Summit to Lofty and Return via Coast
This week's ride is a 50:50 - which means 50% in the hills and 50% on the flats. To make things really easy - the ride is bang on 100km.
We'll start with the 50% in the hills - we'll time trial (if you're fit and well!) up Norton and note our times for next time. We'll then cruise across the top to Lofty, and roll down the Old Freeway. Once we get to the bottom we'll head down Cross Rd to the Bay, and along the coast to do the Outer Harbour loop at speed. Should be a good ride - hopefully the weather holds up!
